Actually great food, but it was the third time that an entire menu or individual items were missing. !!! IT IS IMPERATIVE TO CHECK ON SITE !!!

I have 30 minutes for 2 small citizens! waited because they order the 5 buckets one after the other and "oh, I have to lose weight so cola zero" people had priority ... ridiculously easy!

Someone i know wanted to buy Chicken today and said they had no Chicken pieces only stripes and bites and it tasted old. Brought it back and wanted a refund or fresher chicken. Employee said "no" until they got threated to have the Police being called then they agreed, for a refund. If you pay for something get your money worth. period!!!

Protective measures TOP, that's how it has to be. Just order at the terminal, do not fill your own drinks ... Separation simply done right!

I had a very short visit in this KFC restaurant and took something for takeaway. I had an insecure feeling inside because the workers were not wearing the mask correctly and they quarreled among themselves. The food was not so fresh as well.

Bad shop. Was there recently, everything was dirty, there were 5 employees, almost no guests and yet nobody had time to clean up. In addition, the toilet cannot be used, only the disabled toilet. The smell wafted through the whole shop. Right, really bad.

I claim it was due to the special situation Covid19. Music was more likely to amuse the MA. Much too loud and not neutral. I would like to get an impression again when Covid19 has subsided. Food was hot and fresh. For me just shaking my head how to put the butter for the corn on the cob on the box when to go ... Location interesting but not inviting.

US chicken roast branch in need of improvement. Eat and drink as usual, KFC standard. Hygiene and cleanliness can still be improved, especially in times of corona!

We were there 2 days ago (Saturday lunchtime). It's a fast food chain, the floor was clean but very slippery. Probably because of the pavement. The food was put together quickly, I think the portions in the bucket have become smaller and the price has increased. As you know, food is fatty and of consistent (mediocre) quality. The service was very polite despite Corona circumstances.

We would rather not do it for the first time by the KFC in Aschaffenburg. The burger from a box was missing. We only noticed it when we finished eating after 40 minutes (have an infant, so you often have to eat in shifts). When I called, I first had to justify why I didn't call right away. The burger was delivered after about 3 hours. However, the doorbell was not rung but called several times. It was after 10 p.m. We were already in bed. Very unprofessional. No thanks for the price. About the meal I can say: KFC, you get (mostly) what you order

On our last visit, the tables were unfortunately not very clean, which is why we opted for the to go option. In times like these, proper hygiene would be advisable! The food tasted OK, but not great. Needs improvement!

Very long delivery times, food was cold. For the prices you can ask that the food is at least warm. Never again.

The floor was so greasy that you have to be careful not to slip. Overstrained staff. We ordered takeout and had to wait 40 minutes. Other guests also stood there for so long and waited for their food. After we finally got the food at some point, we found out at home that chicken pieces were missing and instead of the chili cheese fries (which also cost extra), fries with cheese sauce were just packed. Never again KFC!
